Comic Characters

Huzzah for staying up late while driven to do art! I'm going to be so tired...

Anyway, here's a digital drawing of some of the main characters of my online comic, Tainted Sorrow (Go here to learn more about it: [link])

This comic was formulated about four years ago now, and started about two years ago. I guess I was interested in having lots of colour in the character designs, and that shows here. We go through pretty much the entire spectrum, however badly the colours continue to clash! x)
Ah well, that's how it is and that's how it will be until the next story.

The small dragon up top is Sole, an enigmatic yet quirky character who likes his tricks as much as he likes giving advice. Then from left to right we have:
Wrince: Named after an online friend in early stages of development, he hasn't appeared in the comic yet, but he is what I've named a Creeler: a species that is a mix of seal, cat, and fish. Those are fins and flippers he has there, but can function on land quite well.
Naomi: The main lizard character of the comic. She's on a quest to find her sister. She's quiet and a little too dependent on others.
Axis: A funky bird who wants to learn more about other species. She follows Naomi out of interest, and naturally clashes with just about everyone else.
Rumiyya: A strong, loyal, but somewhat dense fox. She's quite protective and easy to provoke, but it'll take a bit more before she lashes out.

The characters were designed and drawn a while ago. There are some changes I'd definitely make if I were to re-do them now. I don't really give female anthros breasts, so Rumiyya there is a bit of an exception. Naomi doesn't have them, though it could look like it underneath that halter top-like thing. Also, Naomi has hair. She is a reptile. I'd probably change that somehow. Maybe spines or something
